Design Analysis of SSD Optimized Speed Controller for BLDC Motor

Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor is widely applied for both domestic and industrial applications especially in computer peripheral devices electric vehicles. This paper introduces BLDC design using Social Ski Driver (SSD) optimized speed controller. Better efficiency, high power density, good reliability, less noise & maintenance, the use of simpler control mechanisms are major benefits motor. Proposed work mainly focuses on torque ripple compensation with at low cost. The a small DC link capacitor instead bulkier helps to reduce ripples by Social-Ski controllers. However, reduction reasonable has not been achieved existing works. So, proposed planned an advanced controller recent bio-inspired algorithm PWM signal. will be implemented MATLAB Simulink working environment research analysis. From implementation result, achieves 422 (rad/sec) speed, 0.03(Nm/A) constant, 25 (MW) rated power.
